If this happens, please call us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your treatment time may need to be shortened if we have clients booked after you. 

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a relaxed and non-rushed experience.

It's best to come dressed in comfortable clothing. For certain treatments like body sculpting or massage, you may need to undress, however, we ensure your privacy is respected at all times.

In case your treatment involves the use of oils or other skincare products, it might be a good idea to wear something that you wouldn't mind getting a bit messy. We provide robes for your convenience.
